Accessibility Statement

Omni Canvas Studio is committed to building digital presences that are open to as many people as possible. This website has been designed and tested against the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, conformance level AA, the same benchmark that underpins the European standard EN 301 549.

Conformance status

This website substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 level AA. “Substantially conforms” means that the content largely meets the requirements, while a few areas have not yet been fully assessed or implemented. These are listed under “Known limitations”.

What we have implemented

• A clear heading structure and landmarks, including a “Skip to content” link and a defined main content area.
• Full keyboard operability with a clearly visible focus indicator.
• Respect for the “reduce motion” system setting: animations and motion effects are then switched off.
• Meaningful alternative text for informative images; purely decorative images are marked as such.
• Form fields with permanently associated labels.
• Colour combinations checked for text contrast.
• Correct language declaration for each language version (the lang attribute).

Known limitations

Despite careful work, some content is not yet fully accessible:

• The contact form does not yet announce input errors to screen readers; accessible error handling will follow with the form’s technical backend.
• Some decorative motion and light effects can only be adjusted to a limited degree; they are switched off when “reduce motion” is enabled.

We are continually working to improve these points.

Legal framework

In the United States, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is applied to commercial websites, with WCAG 2.1 AA serving as the recognised technical benchmark. As a small, owner-run studio we apply this standard voluntarily, as part of our commitment to quality, across all language versions of this site.
